Jebamony Mathias, an alumnus of Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University is a continuous learner and explorer of new verticals and is passionate about guiding the students from the weaker sections of the society. His objective is to mentor the student society to run the race on the right track to achieve their dreams. He holds a bachelor's degree in Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, Bachelor's and Master's in Instrumentation Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University with a distinction. Later he completed his Master of Arts in Madras university. He continues his research studies with Martin Luther Christian University.
He started his career as a Programmer Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 1993; and moved up the success ladder playing prominent roles as System Analyst, Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer before taking up the position of Chief Executive Officer. He has served notable organizations such as Hewlett Packard (Bangalore), Deutsche Bank Regional Head Office (Singapore), Swiss Bank Corporation (Switzerland), AT &T Somerset (USA), Standard & Poors (USA), Akmin Technologies (India), Matrimony.com (India), Technocrats (India) before forming Steps Software Solutions. He is proficient in multiple computing languages, hardware, operating systems, and Databases. He has been mentoring the technologists and Students in Data Science across different regions.
